Dr Yvette Bruce

Dr Yvette Bruce completed her Bachelor of Science (BSc, Nursing) from Edith Cowan University in 2005 and Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from The University of Western Australia with honours in 2010.
Since then, she has gained experience working in adult medicine, paediatrics and obstetrics & gynaecology at Joondalup Health Campus, mental health at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, and general practice in a variety of locations.
Yvette is passionate about developing a good therapeutic relationship with patients and their families in general practice. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and gardening.
Yvette has special training in Focused Psychological Strategies (FPS) with further study at the University of Sydney in the treatment of anxiety and medical management of mood disorders. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
